We no longer accept listings for sale or lease, but will assist owners in finding the right listing firms and developing and tracking marketing.  We also maintain a comprehensive data base of sold, leased, and available properties to assist in pricing and services for our clients.

Where we offer properties, we do so under co-brokerage and sub-agency agreements with the owners.  All offers are subject to error, modification, withdrawal or prior sale without notice.  The owners may reject any offer prior to full execution of a written contract by all parties.  All negotiations, offers, contracts, etc.. are subject to the laws and regulations of the State of North Carolina.
